Oryx Oberon Helmet Not Credited From Alert

Alert occurred 9:13 P.M. (21:13) on June 4th, spanning 53 minutes. Alert was an Extermination mission with the end reward of a Oryx Oberon Helmet blueprint. I joined it somewhere between 10-20 minutes remaining(I think around 14?).

 

About halfway through the mission, I got a call from my friend on Raidcall. I Alt+Tabbed to answer the call, but Warframe seemed to have caused my computer some odd difficulties. This prevented me from doing anything but waiting for the problem to correct itself. After a few minutes, my computer finally figured itself out and I was able to switch back to the Warframe mission still in progress. Right about then, my squad finished killing all the enemies and hit the extraction point. I wasn't able to make the extraction point in time. The helmet blueprint definitely showed as an end reward for the mission, like normal. The results screen showed up, afterwards, as well.

 

Now, this blueprint never actually showed up in my Foundry or inventory. I've checked multiple times and even relogged to see if anything had changed. Not a trace of it anywhere.

 

I really doubt that DE will credit my account with the blueprint or built helmet. That's fine, I guess. Even more so since I can't provide any real evidence that I even participated in the mission. As long as a DE employee reads this and eventually figures out what went wrong/how to fix it, I'll be happy.

Support Ticket should help here. Besides, it doesn't hurt to try.

If anything weird like that happens remember to copy your EE.log onto the desktop or something just in case you need it. It gets wiped fresh each time you start the game so you need to do it before you start it up again though it does work to copy it you before you log out too.

 

DE should be able to see if you did the alert I think.

 

Just to double check, you checked the inventory for the BP too? BPs of cosmetic items you've built earlier don't appear in the foundry because there's no point to building a second one.

Haven't built the helmet, before. There is no instances of the built helmet or blueprint in my inventory.

 

EE.log should have recorded the instance, since I didn't restart Warframe.
