My Dragonframe Skillset Concept.

Playstyle: Use power to oppress and destroy your opponents!

Appearance: Dragon + Space Ninja

Abilities:

 

● DRAGONBREATH

Cost: 25 Energy
After a short build-up animation, an AOE cone of dragon's breath is unleashed infront of you, dealing 120 damage to your enemies over 5 tics, for a total of 600 damage. 

The damage is a 60/40 percent spit of 72 Fire and 48 Radiation damage per tic. (For a total of 360 Fire, and 240 Radiation damage.)

You can both move yourself, and aim the AOE cone during the duration of the 5 damage tics.

 

● DRAGONHIDE
Cost: 50 Energy

Duration: 15 seconds?

Grants a DE Approved damage reduction to your Health that reflects a percentage of damage back at the attackers.

Your shield is depleted for the duration of the ability.

Makes you immune to laser doors, disruption, stuns, and staggers. (But not knockdowns.)

 

● SUNDERED SKIES

Cost: 75 Energy

Duration: 20 seconds?

Dark clouds appear above you, and follow you for the duration of the ability.

Increases the Ability Strength of you, and your nearby allies by 50%. (Not strictly Ability damage.)

The dark clouds will also occasionally strike nearby enemies with powerful bolts of lightning, dealing massive Electricity damage.

The Electricity damage could be 800-1000, since it doesn't happen too often.

 

● OPPRESSION

Cost: Toggleable
With a dragon-like aura cast around you, you float in the air.

Your intimidating aura immobilizes relatively nearby enemies within a line-of-sight.
When you end the ability, affected enemies take a small amount of Fire & Radiation damage times the number of seconds they were effected by the ability. 

There could possibly be a max damage cap, if so, probably around 2000.
