Armour Issues With Some Warframes

I've noticed during/after some jump rolls or after the use of some abilities, some pieces on my Warframes will seem to revert back to default colours. It's the oddest thing and semi-hard to explain, but the preset colour-set of the warframe seems to clip through the custom colours I've set. 

 

I'm not sure if this was posted about already but here's my go at it...
