MisterAvarice Posted January 9, 2013 Share Posted January 9, 2013 So I've downloaded the game, I more than meet the recommeneded requirements in terms of hardware. But whenever I try and boot up the game itself my screen goes black and the game informs me that the game engine has crashed. Now see this sounds like a run of the mill bug but my graphics card has been a bit iffy with some games (especially where vsync is concerned) and I wondered if there was a location of any config file so I can adjust graphic settings out of game? As formentioned I can't go into the game itself to change the settings because y'know....crashing. I've already checked Warframes folder in program files and the MY GAMES folder in my documents but no luck, any help on finding the path? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
[DE]Glen Posted January 9, 2013 Share Posted January 9, 2013 Disable DirectX 11 in the launcher settings -- we are aware of a startup crash related to this and we're working on a fix -- it's tricky because we don't have any systems that reproduce it :( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
