It's excalibur prime. you can't get it.

It is proto skin for Excl that was on Market for 150 Platinum, week around 1 year anniversary.

nope bro, its still S#&amp;&#036; 

atleast to me

 

first of all it has a dash polarity which means you wont have serration for a while

then theres the fact that multishot mods dont work with it (great amirite?) 

and also the bane you have to go trough after adding serration and then 9 extra levels to add the fire rate mod which without it the miter simply cant exist is just ... well gif above
