Abilities

1- Paranoid - War can make an enemy stop attacking your teammates for a while. He deals 50 damage each second. The duration is 8 seconds. Fusion will increase the duration.

 

2- Fear Me - War can make enemies near him fear him which means they run away from War. The duration is 4 seconds. Fusion will increase the duration.

 

3- Fire Sphere- War creates a ball of fire around an enemy which hurts the enemies inside of it. It deals 100 damage each seconds inside of the ball. The duration is 5 seconds and Fusion increase damage and duration.

 

4- Sword of Fire - War summons a sword on his hand and start spinning around with his sword slicing people. The sword is big and has fire on it. He can move around when his special is used. He can't get damage and the duration is 4 seconds. The damage of it is 650. Fusion will increase duration and increase damage. 

 

How he looks like

He has dark red armor. His shoulder and knee armor is black. He has fire on his helmet.

not sure if you can do da last 2 and shouldnt there be a power that increases or transforms your melee since it's a warrior.

4. Cleaving whirlwind, gram/galatine and a fire mod with Iron skin... or just Hysteria.

 

Your suggestions are mostly abilities other frames have or can achieve. Not enough to come to fruition.
