Warframe More Tactical For Old Players High Ranked And Pvp Playable V:2.0

IF YOU DONT HAVE TIME TO READ THIS ALL I MAKED A SHORTENED VERSION OF IT 3 POSTS LOWER.

Warframe is boring for high leveled players because it is too easy, from the beggining game was preety much tactical to cover behind the wall and other stuff, but high players just run forward and kill everything in One Shot it is just boring as hell :/. I want to show you my thinks how to make low leveled and high leveled players have fun even if someone low leveled is playing with 30 lvled warframe and weapons. PVP more balancing and skills more stronger on higher levels.

1. HARDNESS OF MISSIONS
a)   Easier is to play with groups why? Because number of enemies will not change.
Example: In the action alone player is fighting 8 enemies at the same time
If this player had 3 other players and fighting 8 enemies every player average have 2 enemies to kill so easy, alone player must fight with 8 enemies alone, not fair enough.
But there is a problem when there are too many enemies you have no where to hide because everywhere they are no chance if they have high level enough.

In warframe there should be new system of enemies:
-The amount of enemies gain when there is playing more players.
-the system of ammount of enemies fighting in the same time. Corpus and griniers max 6 of them per player (4 players=24enemies good enough) If there is only one player and 12 enemies then 6 enemies near will fight him and others will just move back and when 1 enemy is killed then next enemy will arrive to fight.

*Without point b it is stupid idea so please read point b*

 b)  Every mission have its own level, what happend if on the first missions on mercury high leveled player will join low leveled player? Rush forward and kill everything, taking fun of playing low leveled players :/

to repeair that stuff there should be system that will balance enemies, players and exp automaticly depending on mission level;
-Enemies will get stronger in the missions depending the highest player level in that mission:
If the mission level is 5 and he have warframe or weapon at level 30:
If one of the players is having warframe at level 30 then enemies have dmg boost buff.
If one of the players is having one weapon at level 30 then enemies have Health and shield boost buff.
Exp gained from enemies will be higher.
This will hold the hardness of the game and to survive there will be need tactic, not just rush forward and killing everything with one shot.

=what about other low leveled players? if enemies will have buffs then they have no chance :/
If low leveled player is playing mission on his level and high leveled players arrive the enemies are stronger so:
-If enemies have buffs to DMG then lower leveled player have boost buff of reducing damage he get.
-if enemies have buffs to health and shield then lower leveled player have boost buff for damage he make.
all low leveled players will have a chance to survive, even if the high leveled player boofed enemies

=But low leveled players will have easier to gain exp which isn't good.
Low leveled player have only acces to low leveled missions but high leveled can invite them to unlock high leveled missions, but enemies get buffs onyl when one of the players is stronger than them so:
-low leveled player should not be here so he actually getting no buffs because player at level 30 when is in mission level 40 will not buffs enemies. If enemies dont have buffs then player wont get any buffs too.

This all just depends on the calculations how much which Warframe and weapons are weaker in levels.

=What about bosses in the game? if there is 4 players then they have easier.
-Boss will gain too boost buffs if players have higher warframe lvl and weapons that boss +all boss will gain multiplier health and shield depending of number the players are playing in that mission.

=But this have no sense of adding mods to warframes and playing on higher levels :/
No, it is important to add mods because:
-enemies are stronger depending on levels so if you will not add mods then your warframe and weapons will be weaker against them.
-Enemies are gaining buffs only when your warframe or/and his highest leveled weapon is more leveled than them. So enemies can still be more powerfull in survivals and defense missions

c) Skills are too weak on high leveled missions:
Yes and they need buffs, if enemies are too weak for you se they will gain buffs so the strength of powers will be gained by buff from the highest leveled weapon you have, because higher leveled weapon give more health and shield to enemies.
Example every level of weapon will add 0.1 multiplier. 30 leveled weapon will change skill that making 1500dmg to 6000dmg. 

2.PVP PLAYABLE AND MORE FUN OF PLAYING +LEVELING UP TO LVL60.
a) PVP right now have no sense 3,2,1, GO! one shot kill end of the match
That is because the mods giving too mutch buffs to the shooting weapons:
Melee weapon have only +120% dmg and two elemental only that giving +90% dmg the rest only giving +60% dmg, 90%dmg have poison and fire only.
For example melee weapon have 50dmg +120%=110dmg, adding two elemental mods 110dmg +(90%fire +90%poison)=308dmg
While shooting weapons have more better
example primary weapon have 50dmg +165% dmg=132.5dmg adding two elemental mods 132.5dmg +(90% fire +90% ice dmg)=371dmg and shooting weapons have even Multishot mod 371x2=742 dmg which isnt balanced to the melee weapons because with melee weapon you need to go to the enemy while shooting weapons can just shot from a way far places :/, melee have spoiled strike which boost +100% dmg but speed -20% if you will calculate it in Damage per second DPS the dmg is only 15% more in DPS .Melee weapons with dmg mod and 2 elemental 90% mods are gaining max 308dmg/50= 6 multiplier dmg, while shooting weapons are gaining 742dmg/50=14.8 dmg Multiplier :/ too much!

The dmg mods for shooting weapons should be nerfed to PVP have sense and have more fun with enemies not one shot kill:
-Serration from +165%dmg to 82.5%dmg just /2     example primary weapon have 50dmg + 82.5%= 91.25dmg
-elemental mods down to 2/3 power it have so 90% fire dmg will be 60%   so from what I writed before 91.25dmg+(60%fire +60%ice)= 200.75dmg   and to that multishot 200.75x2=401.5dmg
so now it will be 401.5/50=8 dmg multiplier not 14.8 but it will be too much for PVP even.

Any weapon will can have only 2 elemental mods, in that way we will have more space for other mods like magazine size, reload speed, punch through etc. Not only dmg dmg and dmg boofs

*next fix for it at point c and d*
b) Catalizators and Reactors are giving too much bonuses for new players if someone bought platinum he have nice buffs.
High leveled players have too easy to exp weapons and warframes
Catalizators and Reactors should not double the points for mods but should unlock at level 30 weapon or warframe to exp up to level 60. That was my first expectation of adding Reactor to warframe : D but then I was just sad that I cant exp my warframe even further just immediately got another 30 points for mods -_-.

What it will mean to warframes, levels are giving power max, health and shield and yes they will gain more bonuses:
Rhino at level 0 have 150 shield and 100 health at level 30 he have 450 shield and 300 health so in 30 levels he is gaining +300 to shield and +200 to health so at level 60 he will have 750shield and 500 health without mods.
Max energy will not rise after level 30, in change the armor will rise up.

c)The mods that give Shield and health should be changed, they are working preety weaird for me :/.
I have for example Frost at level 30 he have 450shield and I'm adding mod +440%shield so it is = 1110shield..wait WHAT?! it should be 2430 not 1110....ohh from the beggining he have 150 so it is 450+150x440%=450+660=1110 -_-.
So all these mods should be down by /2 from 440% to 220% BUT! rise a maximum shield right now.
So if Frost have at level 30 450shield he should get 450+220%= 1440 shield.
and at level 60 he will have 750+220%=2400 shield.

d)So the PVP will now have a sense.
Ogris and his AoE make 500dmg with all allowed mods he will make 500dmg+82.5%=912.5dmg and 2 elemental mods 912.5dmg+(60%fire+60%ice)= 2007.5dmg and multishot 2007.5x2=4015dmg

Rhino at level 60 with +220% shield and health mods will have 2400shield and 1600health this + this = 4000. So maxed ogris will be not abble to kill rhino in one shot because Rhino have 190armor and at level 60 he will have even higher armor rate. Adding Vigor to him that will give +60% shield and health he will gave 750+(220%+60%)=2850 and 500+(220%+60%)=1900 health this + this = 4750 so the strongest weapon in the game Ogris will not be abble to kill TANK warframe with one shot.

Soma 9+(82.5%+corrupted 82.5%)=23.85dmg 2 elemental mods 23.85dmg+(60%fire+60%electric)=52.47 multishot to this 104.94 and critical mods 104.94x660%=692.604dmg but critical chance is 75% with 150% crit chance mod so 692.604x75%=519.453 that means that some will need more than 4000/520= 8shots to kill Rhino because of armor.

The PVP with that will be preety nice with that not just one shot kill :/.

=What about enemies they are dealing too low dmg boofing shield and health will make game too east.
-Enemies with higher levels will use mods too, dmg boosters and fire rate mod even. So This is not the problem.

3. PUTTING THIS ALL TOGETHER WHAT WILL GIVE.
-High leveled players will doesn't have easy rushing mission if playing on low leveled missions.
-Playing in big groups will not make easier missions.
-Tactical gameplay because of hardness and no more boring missions
-Up to level 60 Warframes and Weapons more fun to play game
-More balanced Shooting weapons compared to melee weapons.
-Better PVP not just one shot kill/end of PVP.
-Usefull skills at high leveled missions.

From what I've seen it's a bit of a mixed bag. Level 60 Warframes? No, but despite this you raise a few good arguments.

These arent the first thinks that get to my head, All of this was thinked more than once to none of this destroy enother think because it will have no sense at all.

I thinked about:

-what is fun in Warframe game, beggining players the hardness of the missions thad you need to watch out for every enemy, they take more than one shot so it is cool. Every mission should be fun to play then all enemies should be stronger if you are stronger.

-what is destroying PVP, one shot kill. So there is need to buff Shield and Health + nerfing little shoting weapons to not make too big damage. To buff shield and health the warframes should gain more shield and health from levels, so to be game more time eating and buff those things the Catalizators and Reactors should unlock weapons and warframes to be abble to lvl up further than 30lvl up to 60 but not double the mod points. This will repeair PVP to not end pvp with one shot -_-

-Buffing skills, if enemies are stronger if we are stronger then skills should be too depending on how much we are stronger.

SHORTENED VERSION OF WHAT I WRITED IN THE BEGGINING.

1.HARDER AND TACTICAL MISSIONS
a) NEW ENEMIES SYSTEM 
    1player = 6 enemies fighting with you, other will just move back.
    4players = 24 enemies fighting with them, other will just move back.
To not have chaos in missions that you have no chance to take a cover, because they are everywhere

b) HOW TO MAKE ALL MISSIONS CHALLENGING WITH TACTICS MOVES
   If you have Warframe at level 30 and join mission on lower level like 5, enemies will have more stronger weapons (the higher your warframe LVL the higher shield and health you have).
  If you have one of the Weapons at level 30 and join mission on lower level like 7, enemies will have more Health and Shield (the higher your weapon LVL the more damage you make).
  All enemies depending of how strong buff is will give you more EXP.
  All players that are weaker will get dmg or/and damage reduction they get depending on how much levels they miss to the highest player lvl, enemies will give more exp so players that have buff will get exp reduction depending on how strong buff they got.

c)THE STRONGER SKILLS
  If you weapon is more leveled than enemies then enemies have more health and shield, so skill need to buffs. Example for every weapon level your skills will get multiplier buff x0.1.  Skill make 1500dmg you have one of the weapons at level 30 so warframe will make with that skill 6000dmg.

2.HOW TO MAKE PVP HAVE SENSE not just one shot end of pvp.
a)NO MORE ONE SHOT KILL MOBS AND MORE FUN WITH PVP
Shoting weapons are making too much damage. Dmg mod multishot + 2 elemental mods can buff your weapon by 15xdmg and still you can add more elemental mods. There should be limit for every weapon to apply max 2 elemental mods no more, with that we have more space to add other mods like, ammo drum, reload speed, punch through etc.
Dmg nerfing to mods. Serration from 165% to 82.5%dmg and elemental mods by 1/3 from 90%fire to 60%, with that shoting weapons will be fully moded make only 8x dmg.

b) MORE FUN WITH WARFRAME AND BUFFING SHIELD+HEALTH TO PVP.
  Catalizators and reactors are giving too much bonuses for players that bough platinum. When leveled weapon or Warframe to lvl 30 you will be abble to add Catalizator or Reactor and it will unlock weapon or warframe to lvl it higher up to level 60. Reactors and Catalizators will not double the number of mod points.
Warframes every level gain Shield, health or energy, so after level 30 they will gain too more shield, health and not max energy but armor.
In that way Rhino at lvl 0 have 150shield and 100 health at lvl 30 450shield and 300health at lvl 60 he will have 750shield and 500 health.

c)MODS BUFF SHIELD AND HEALTH TO MORE FUN WITH PVP STEP TWO.
 Shield and health mods should give not 440% but 220% but intead of that buff the max amount of shield and health at this time not like it is now.
example 750shield+220%=not 1080 but =2400.
with these mods will and lvl 60 rhino will have 2400shield and 1600health
With point 2a the Ogris maxed the strongest weapon in the game will max deal 4000dmg so it will not kill the rhino with one shot because Rhino have armor so it will reduce some dmg.
