Sarmon Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 These guys have latchers which attach to you and explode with almost no damage, and a pistol which does more damage in a single shot than a grineer bombard's rocket of the same level. Shouldn't it be the other way around? Latcher explosions should deal higher damage and pistol shouldn't do that amount of damage considering it's hitscan? Getting sick of getting a new warframe to level, having 4 latchers attached to me and explode dealing no damage, and then be killed in 4 shots by the seeker's kraken. Where there's a potential challenge in the latchers, there's artificial difficulty instead with the hitscan high damage. Seekers on Earth and Phobos are more acceptable because they use a low damage viper, but they still have barely any damage with their latchers.

Seekers are singlehandedly the most dangerous Enemy in the entire game - yet they give Trash Unit XP. as i mentioned in MV's thread, we should swap the Damage and Accuracy values of Ballista and Seekers. i'd also be okay with those exploding latchers being more dangerous. while at the same time increasing the XP awardment of both units. I liked them how they were before. They would deal barely any damage but would always stun you and sometimes knock you over.

I agree with Taiiat that the Bastillas should be the ones dealing crazy high damage per hit, while Seekers should be more reliant on their Latchers to deal heavy damage.
