Can't Find Servers Problem While Instaling The Game

my current situation is that after the problem with the servers i uninstalled the game and tried to install it again, because it was not the first time that this happen, the problem is that know even while instaling the problem stil is there and i can't play the game.

 

i already talked to one of my friends and he tooled me that is game works fine.

 

is this still a problem with the servers our there is a problem with people with windowns 8 our something?

 

i really like warframe but if this continues i will need to find something else and i really dont want to.
