arch111 Posted June 8, 2014 Posted June 8, 2014 So I was doing some serious planning ti redo Nef Anyo. But now it seem his sniper days are over. Judging by the concept art, he to will be wearing a collar and hat. So the snipers might get a workover now. Cloak, new look and more than one type. What say you? How do you hope they redo the snipers?
Sasquatchias Posted June 8, 2014 Posted June 8, 2014 I think snipers need some kind of jet boots or teleportation power to help them create distance from you, and maybe a flash grenade.
Vaskadar Posted June 8, 2014 Posted June 8, 2014 Elite snipers need cloaking powers. Not on the same level as perfectly invisible, but reduced visibility would make them a much more potent threat to players. They also need a drastic increase to their damage. They need to be the enemy that you pick out amongst the crowd to shoot at. They should also wear cliche black.
arch111 Posted June 8, 2014 Author Posted June 8, 2014 Im onboard with mobility and damage. Maby cloaking that makes them transparant but still visible. I would like if they were fast so they could melee us while cloaked. A corpus Loki if you will.
(PSN)kaliammoo942 Posted June 8, 2014 Posted June 8, 2014 Make snipers more slim than the regular fat Crewmen
arch111 Posted June 8, 2014 Author Posted June 8, 2014 Make snipers more slim than the regular fat Crewmen I made a test for that exact reason like this. Is it what you meant?

Lucky_Miss Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 I take from many of you guys: Cloaking, higher damage, +mobility and new look. My own add-on(s): New sniper whose projectiles can pass through X metres. Uh... Better AI (I really don't know the terms for it) because right now they just stand in the open and shoot. Why not get them to be behind cover, or high vantage points.
arch111 Posted June 9, 2014 Author Posted June 9, 2014 Totally agree. They need movement to keep distance and seek cover.
