(PSN)Joshuaalt Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 I really want the stance but on the PS4 people are asking 100p or more for it. Can someone please point me in the right direction and tell me where you found your Crimson Dervish?
DrazeA Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 Wiki is your friend: http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Crimson_Dervish
(PSN)jenax002 Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 (edited) according to wiki, it should drop from bombards which spawn abundantly in Ceres (Nuovo survival is good one if you stay more than 5 minutes). They do spawn in Mercury survival too but you probably have to stay more than 20-25 mins. FYI, i tried so many times, played more than 10 hours to get this mod but no luck. The people who are selling this mod probably got it from transmutation which is the easiest way to get it. I finally caved in and bought it for 100p. Edited June 9, 2014 by (PS4)jenax002
(PSN)Joshuaalt Posted June 9, 2014 Author Posted June 9, 2014 DrazeA, I am a frequent Warframe Wiki viewer. I know it is dropped by the Bombard but a lot of the planets that the Codex Scanner says the Bombards show up on are actually corpus controlled planets. I am going to end up selling a Orthos a Prime set and my Maxed a Tranquil Cleave to try to make 100p and just by the damn thing.
ROSING Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 Unless PC is different from PS4, Bombards spawn at around 11:30-12:00 minutes into Mercury Survival. They actually probably spawn more often than in Ceres because there is less variation in the unit pool, so give it a try. Also, try transmuting 3-4 times once in a while. That's how I got mine, but I was doing Apollodorus quite frequently.

That's probably why the planets listed in codex are corpus controlled now.
(PSN)andyb_b5 Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 Got mine on planet transformation. The pile of dead bombards was getting large enough to start to have its own gravitational pull so it was a big relief.
Beladric Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 I got two of mine from Mercury and one from transmutation. Fair warning, the drop rate on it seems to be close to absurd. Its definitely possible to get it on Mercury. If you have Ceres, I'd almost recommend that, since Bombards spawn sooner, but really, any Grineer Survival should be a place you can get it.

They do spawn in Mercury survival too but you probably have to stay more than 20-25 mins. I have the feeling that enemies on mercury have a modified drop table. They allready drop mods which are weaker than their rarity should be (Rare fusion cores with only level 3 fusion), so beginn to think their drop tables are modified to only drop common and uncommon mods, never (or even more rarely) rare mods. I found 3 of mine on planet called Transmutation. The last 8 transmutations i did with rare mods (not using Warframe ability mods) resulted in 5 uncommon and 3 common mods. I'm not sure what i did wrong but personaly i will never go back to that stupid system. It's worse than mission grinding.
Beladric Posted June 9, 2014 Posted June 9, 2014 I've never found Transmuting to be reliable, Othergrunty. Some people swear by it, but I've only ever gotten one stance out of it, and I used four stances to make it. Nevermind it was a stance I already had, so it was useless anyway.

(PSN)Joshuaalt Posted June 9, 2014 Author Posted June 9, 2014 Thanks for all the feed back. It's just that Crimson Dervish is the last mod that I really want. I have Ceres unlocked and will farm it more.
(PSN)Joshuaalt Posted June 11, 2014 Author Posted June 11, 2014 I just got one:D was playing on Ceres,Cinxia "Specters Of Liberty". Best part is, I was running it solo so I was the only one there to pick it up:D oh happy day.
