Dns Look Up Failed Problem.

I've been having this problem for a few days now. I want to play with other people so that I can finish the Defense missions easily. Can someone help me on this? Thank you.

Hello NemesisAtlas11,

 

The DNS look up failed error message you are getting, are you getting that when attempting to login/boot Warframe? or are you getting this on your PlayStation4 before starting Warframe?

 

Can you please quote the error message exactly or attach a screenshot for me?

After the black loading screen is done, it then says "DNS Look up Failed" then I press X to continue and just press x to play. I think I already described what it looks like even if I did screen shot it.

Thanks for the reply, we will take a look and see if there is anything we can do to fix this for you. Commonly DNS Look Up errors are caused by conflicts on your network setups. While we look into things on our end could you please double check your network settings to verify it is set up correctly?

 

A common quick way to resolve DNS errors on a home network:

- disconnect or power down any devices connected to the network

- then power down/unplug your router(if applicable, skip this if you don't have a router/switch)

- power down your Modem

- let it all sit unpowered for about 30 seconds

- then plug in the modem and let it boot up and come online(can take anywhere from a couple seconds to a couple of minutes)

- then power up your Router(if applicable skip if you don't have a router/switch) and let it come online and establish a stable connection

- connect devices you wish to connect to the internet with.

It worked, but now I have UPnP problems.... Well I'll just make a new thread about it. Thanks for the help
