Failed Login Attempts

Just got this message while trying to log into the site ( got on the site through the game itself and saying I wanted to buy Platinum ) : 

 

"Sorry, too many failed login attempts for your account. This IP address is temporarily blocked. Try again later."

 

I tried logging in once and I've never seen this before. Any ideas on what would've caused it?

As I said, I tried logging in, once, and that popped up. I may have not done it correctly yes but other times where it wasn't correct that never happened. I've gone for as long as three times with incorrect info and that still hasn't popped up.

Not sure why it would say your IP was blocked. Initially, I was thinking that maybe their was some server trouble but now I'm not entirely sure. Have you tried contacting support yet?

No but I'm able to get on the site still if I just use the in-game method of wanting to buy Platinum.
