CorpusCrewman
Warning: Bad English! Since the, sort of modifications isn't very convenient. I was thinking about how to be better. Here's my idea-sketch: I think a way to sort of modifications would be easier today. "Djula: Would be nice to mark more Mods at onces to sell ´em." This idea that deserves attention, it would be very convenient. Edited April 6, 2013 by XidomeD

Artreus
I just wish when you had multiple of the same mod they'd stack and show the number of that mod available in the top corner. i.e. you have 5 thief's wit and on the top it says x5 or whatever. So annoying having like 2 pages full of useless duplicates. Edited April 6, 2013 by Artreus

SolluxCaptorTA
Hold shift to select multiple mods at once. I think that kind of system would be nice, but organized by gear instead of Polarity. So it'd be | Warframe | Rifle | Shotgun | Pistol | Melee | Sentinel | Still, +1 dude.
GTG3000
Gear organisation would be nice indeed, right now it's a bit of a clusterfuck.

DirtyIrishman
I was actually just about to create a thread for this very thing. Some ability to filter your mods based on different things, like polarity, or gear type would be awesome. Right now it's a bit BS since it just organizes your mods in a specific order. If you go into your melee weapon and click Mods from there, it should only show Melee Mods, if I have a rifle equipped and click it then select mods, only show me Rifle mods. This would make upgrading things a whole lot tedious. Also would be nice if we could mod things currently equipped so I don't need to go through all my gear, unequip everything, then put it all back on.
