Elemental Mods Unbalanced Why?

Why elemental mods are unbalanced?
All primary weapons elemental mods deals 90% dmg its fine as you can see here:

Ice:

Poison

Electric:

Fire:

All shotguns too have 90%:

Electric:

Cold:

http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Chilling_Grasp

Fire;

Poison:

And Pistol mods:

Electric have 90%

Fire have 90%

Poison have 90%:

Ice have only 60% WHY? I wanted to make Viral damage but it is adverse to others :/

This Ice mod should have 90% dmg

 

Melee weapons:

Posion have 90%:

Ice have only 60% so it is too unfair to other weapons :/, it should too have 90% dmg

Electric damage only 60% too:

This is unfair to other weapons that combining other elements is adverse

Nobody almost is using Shocking touch because other electric damage gives 60% dmg +something and cost in mod points is lower:

http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Focus_Energy electric 60% +40% channeling efficiency lower cost for channeling slash cost only 9.

 

Melee weapons are the weakest they don't have Multislash mod like other weapons Multishots and it have 2 elemental mods that deal only 60% dmg

DEVS pls repeair that balance make all standard mods elemental 90% dmg.

Back in the day the applied the proc effect every time, so Electric could stun a mob forever and Ice made them slow. That worked before because we used them for damage and utilty, now that the proc is just a low percentage in most cases we have asked many times when could we see a balance of the elementals but never got an actual answer from DE.

Impact/Puncture/Slash mods have inconsistent values as well. =(

Not to mention poor values. I've never wanted to put a physical mod on a rifle and only situationally on a pistol or melee. Elemental shouldn't be always better than physical mods, there's no point in having physical mods then.

But there is more point of not using other elements -_-. Physical should have got 120% that same with Channeling DMG should have up to 150% even because it is only channeling, normal attack are weaker because of taking one slot mod so using one of the elements is better.

How hard could it be to change the values?

 

Seems like it would take like 30 minutes TOPS to balance all the damage mods in the game, but they can't even spare that? Common.
