Can't Craft Akvasto (Not Sure If Bug Though)

Hello, I have two Vasto (print below) but I can't craft Akvasto (print below), does someone know what that could be?

You need more orokin cells

 

Dyslexia. The foundry only sees you as having 1 Vasto currently.

 

See the little red X under the second Vasto?

I think the problem is that you have no other secondary.

You just need one more secondary weapon.

The problem is you don't have another secondary, the game doesn't allow you to craft them because you can't be left with no secondary on your arsenal.

Try buying a credit gun, like the lato and then try to craft your Akvasto's again.

Its probably not letting you craft as the system does not let you craft stuff that would leave you with either no primary, secondary or melee.

Buy a lato from the market, equip it, then you will be able to build akvasto.
