Disclaimer: I don't know if this is in the right section, so don't flame on that please.

 

To start, a recent attempt at two purchases of the same platinum amount package results in the second attempt failing to process, resulting in an error (with no error code) and then pointing to UltimatePay, DE's payment provider (if that's what they are).

 

Both attempts were done via Paypal, which ensures the information was the same both times. Did I do something to deserve that?

All credit payments on the site are done through UltimatePay, including Paypal, with the exception of Steam. You'd probably be better off contacting support, though lately I've had errors going through UltimatePay as well, so I just used Steam instead.

Will steam register this account? I don't use it, so I wouldn't know.
