Every time iv'e done a T4 there is always 1 or 2 newbs or people who have just foramed which destroy it for me and completly waste time, I would love an inspect in the game which would let you see what level their gear is to better benifit your team. Agree?Disagree?

Gonna have to say no. I understand your pain, but usually this can be easily dealt with just voicing in chat before the mission "Please don't be using forma'd/unleveled gear." Putting in a feature like what you're suggesting opens up for exploitation, basically promoting the mindset of "gtfo noob" and the inherent segregation that goes along with it. It's the same reason DE removed conclave ratings from the lobby screen.

Agreed.

We used to have this for general missions and I didn't like it, because the game should be doing some level of match making on mid level nodes, but for something that is clearly end game it should either have a requirement to get in or let us see who's not prepared so we can choose to carry them or leave.

That's not a real argument. You're just assuming the rude players are on one side and the nice players are on the other. Usually 'communication' steps are just a bunch of people who ignore eachother, and nothing says the rude people aren't the ones saying they can bring whatever they want and insist they be included in a mission where they cant' contribute

I don't get it.Isn't T4 a mission you play with your clan members or friends? Why not communicate before mission start ? I agree there should be an inspect though.Maybe some people  just forgot to change their gear.

This doesn't always help.

I got invited into a "15+ Rank only" group.

Host was Rank 6 and the other guys were 8 and 9.

They had the typical OP weapons of the game, but I doubt they were even potatoed, after 30 minutes I was the only guy doing damage, luckily I was using Anti Matter Drop so it didn't matter too much.

That's hilarious!

My squad and I went up to wave 60 on T4 Defence earlier today using bows as our primaries. It always amazes me how powerful bows are. I guess it just goes to show that no matter how advanced technology gets, a bow and arrow will always be a reliable weapon, primitive or not.

Well, this is a video game. In reality, an arrow against 3-inch thick steel armor won't do much.

Uhm, I don't see why you felt the need to quote me with that? No one said anything about "3-inch thick steel armor". Who wears that, by the way? Pretty sure the Grineer and Corpus don't run around in Iron Man suits. Also, no such thing exists in real life, so that's extremely irrelevant.

Have you seen Grineer armor? They're like balls on sticks.

I just think realistically, arrows won't be very effective on that.

Except no such thing exists in real life, so your argument is invalid. Done debating it with you. Bye.

You're talking about people who use electronic shields, laser guns and robot birds who shot lasers and have electronic shields.

It is very relevant.

I'll block you too. Cheers.

T4 is the new tier of void missions, currently the highest, I suggest reading the patch notes or the wiki for this type of info!

Actually, it is a real argument. No system is foolproof, but regardless, his suggestion would do more harm than good. Don't believe be? Read the last sentence I wrote. It's the EXACT same reason DE took conclave scores down from loadouts - and they were right too.

And even if none of that convinces, I guarantee DE doesn't see this addition as a smart move for the same reasons. If you don't find communication as a reasonable avenue of getting something done, then there's either something seriously wrong with them, or you. Trolls will always exist and find new and creative ways to ruin peoples day - information like this only makes it easier for them.

I haven't had that problem myself, since I've done all my T4 runs through council, but I can see where that would be an issue.

Hell, i've had problems in the past where I have offered a spot in recruiting and someone joins with full newb gear, MK1 and everything. Most of the time I'll just ignore it if I'm hosting, hell, I have mates with 6 Forma'd newbie gear who like to troll Pubs, and in most cases I can carry. But if the rest of the lobby are looking at doing a long run, said person will be dead weight 99% of the time.

Its why I was never against the conclave rating showing in matches, and is still why I want a kick option in private and key-based lobbies.
