Found Another Bug In Void Survivals

ok I was at t4 Survival, we beat up vor and I got the malignant force I wanted, then after 40 mins at extraction, it did not show the statistics but rather a weird table displaying the number of players with all named "Player_name".....after extraction, I clicked arsenal and it would not open, in fact I could not operate anything in the entire screen...I had to log out, when I logged back in, I did not have malignant force but when I checked my codex it said I got it...any ideas?

also tried it on t1 survival same thing except no vor...

Known issue... hope it gets fixed tomorrow...
