Ash And Blade Storm

Did a Blade Storm during a defense mission, with my melee weapon out. When I got out of it one of my clones was still there and I couldn't use any skills, jump or use melee attacks, but I can move around and shoot my primary weapon.

 

My ping to the host was actually pretty good because it's a guy from my clan who lives in the same city.

 

One other bit of information that might be useful is that during one of the jumps, I clipped through a staircase to kill a Charger, which is normal during Blade Storm and hasn't given me any bugs before.

This is a known bug. It is triggered when your target is killed before you can initiate Bladestorm.
