Well the picture says what I mean 

  No if this is where I should put this, but I do not speak English. I hope someone sees competent and can report to the people related to this. To find out if there is a possibility of a solution. 

 

And taking advantage of this post I wanted to ask Why decoy skills (Loki) and move (Saryn) has a timer remaining time as other skills warframe? 

 

It influences as if you get hurt, but if it were not the case as you know if this still active or not if you do not have this timer.

I understand what you mean about the Syandana on Saryn. The syandana should fall over the outside of her "skirt" instead of right through it.
