I use Tornado as CC when moving through missions and being able to spam both Tornado and Turbulence makes for a good Grineer/Corpus loadout

Basically, I love long duration for keeping Turbulence up, doesn't cost a lot of energy that way, and Redirection alone is enough survivability when keeping turbulence up 100%. Rejuv aura is nice to have for solo and pugs but will likely be better off as CP for organized play. I don't use Tornadoes often but when I do I want them to last for a good long while. The extreme range on Tail Wind is countered easily by simply using a lower rank. -21% range is my personal 'sweet spot' for Turbulence; small enough to catch some melee attacks (notably scorpions, ancients, and even fusion moa) but large enough to still deflect the majority of bullets. So long as you watch out for grenades/missiles you are very tough to kill. Edit: The massive duration might be overkill, actually. If I was going to invest more Forma I'd look at changing Continuity for Vitality or Vigor. Even dropping both Continuity and Constitution keeps duration at about 30 sec, which is a reasonable recast time. For a high level Void, when running with an instant-heal Trinity, I might look at something like http://goo.gl/PrAxOz which would give me a TON of effective health (somewhere in the neighborhood of 40k), more than enough to revive the Trin should things go south.
