Question

1. I have a sister who has a warframe but has a Mac. So my dad got her a second hand PC to play it. when it finished downloading we played together, but she experienced a lot of lag. I want to know whether the lag was a Warframe bug, or the computer.

2. When we were playing we switched accounts, so I played her Mag and She played my excalibur. at one point she didn't know how to jump up these obstacles to a tunnel so i tried the Mag Pull ability on her. It didn't work. Is this a bug? Because the description says it can help pull teamates into cover. ???

For your first question, do you know the specifications of the second hand PC or do you have access to the PC so that we can direct you to them? It will be hard to tell what the issue is without the specs

As for the second question, I don't think Mag's Pull affects allies, there are very few skills that will move allies, I personally think Pull should move allies but if I remember correctly it doesn't.

1. If she was experiencing a lot of lag when you were not, it's probably the computer she was playing it on (it probably doesn't have very good hardware, as second hand computers are usually second hand because they've faced obsolescence and the previous owner decided to sell it off because it wasn't good enough). What she's experiencing is likely not lag,  but framerate issues (lag means your internet connection isn't good enough and will affect all users on the local network, framerate issues usually means your hardware isn't cutting it and you need to turn your settings down or upgrade your PC hardware).

2. I believe Pull only works on teammates who are downed; however with the numerous changes to how Pull works (it used to be single target), it may not affect friendlies at all, downed or no.

1. If it was poor framerate (ie: delays in animations, shooting, especially when visual effects are present), then it's the computer's hardware. If enemies are teleporting around the map, then it's a latency (internet) issue. Try doing a Solo run on her computer (click the Online button at the top to change it) and see if the lag is still present. If it is, it's definitely the computer itself. It could be a poor wireless connection (if it's a laptop), so that may be something to look into as well.

2. Pull won't affect teammates, it might if they're downed but I can't say for sure (Valkyr's Ripline can pull teammates and Loki can Switch Teleport with an ally though). Additionally, if your sister is getting stuck trying to access certain areas, tell her to look for the (usually) white paint markings that indicate the ideal places to wall run. The movement system is a bit clunky though, so she'll need to learn the quirks through experience.

Then I think it's the computer because the opening cinematic was pretty bad. I will (If my dad hasn't sold it off yet) ask her to do a solo. but im pretty sure it's not a wireless connection because I was perfectly fine, and we were sitting right next to each other. thanks anyways.

2. ok then. when you say white paint markings where are they? on the minimap or anywhere else?

Pull used to be single target and used to affect teammates. It is now AoE and does not affect teammates. Lots of changes to that ability since release and the descriptions havent really been updated.

The white paint markings are actually on the wall; they indicate suggested paths for parkour.
