Glaive Explosion Does Damage To Warframe's Health

After throwing the Glaive, there is an explosion on the last bounce. From playing today, I found that the explosion does damage straight to the warframe's health, which led to three deaths in a mission today. Since the Glaive bounces aren't controllable, it makes it very risky to throw sometimes because it does more that 200 damage to the health.

I have thrown the Glaive at a wall at point blank range, and the explosion never did anything before the more recent patch (I think it's the patch that went out on Saturday and does not have notes in the forum).

Mods that I had equipped on the Glaive:

 - Sundering Strike (unranked)

 - Power Throw (rank 5)

 - Jagged Edge (rank 5)

 - Fever Strike (rank 5)

 - Pressure Point (rank 5)

Its the power throw mod that is causing the explosions on the last bounce and its the fever strike mod that is causing it to ignore shields.

Power Throw makes it explode on the last bounce, if you had Quick Return, it would've made it explode upon impact. Fever Strike causes poison damage and therefore bypasses shields. When these two mods are combined, they can be lethal especially on self-damage through explosion.
