VKhaun Posted June 16, 2014 Posted June 16, 2014 (edited) Apply conclave rating to PvE. If your setup is within the conclave rating for a zone, you get +X% drop rates and +Y% affinity on kills. Double the conclave rating for guns but only count the higher of the two equipped guns, so people can't drop one entirely and use all the points to make the other one OP. The game is much deeper if you can build weapon sets instead of always min-maxing everything. I think your degree of interest in range v melee should be an option though. I'm fine with people dropping guns to go melee if they think it's a good strategy for their target mission, and I'm fine with people dropping melee if they prefer to shoot things in their target mission... but now we're getting into the nitty gritty and that's not necessary for the topic I guess. No more stupid threads about elitists kicking people out of missions or lowbies joining missions, because every zone would have a clearly definied range and match making would only put people within the range with other people within the range, and people above/below with other people above/below to keep drop rates consistent with all players. No more stupid 'farming' or 'grinding' threads about rare drops on mid level missions with top rank gear, because the best drops would be from using level-appropriate gear where the game is actually hard. No more stupid weapon nerf arguments, because anything can be as OP as it wants, you just make it expensive in conclave cost and poof, it's moved to the content where it's meant to be used and leveled instead of being put next to lower tier weapons. Conclave balance update ACROSS THE BOARD I don 't play in conclaves. This may be neccesary before my suggestion. I'm really not sure. If the devs ever express any interest in structure I will gladly go out of my way to extensively test conclave loadouts in PvE Mon-Thur nights when I'm off to help them. No daily login rewards. I want someone to be able to log in to Warframe right now and be able to buy a Boar blueprint from the market, get the Ether Daggers from an alert mission, and farm a boss for Snipetron Vandal. Preferably, Vandal/Wraith would just be aesthetic skins, but you said I could only do one.

LX7_LORDXEN Posted June 16, 2014 Posted June 16, 2014 Complete rework of Frost Prime, update his look to be less similar to regular frost and more badass like Loki Prime or Ember Prime, and fix his abilities so that they are actually useful end-game (This would also affect regular frost of course) Snow globe would be invincible again (with a lower time duration), Avalanche be either like hydroid's tempest barrage ( Falling Ice in an AOE that greatly slows or freezes enemies while doing damage over time) or Embers world on fire (Avalanche would follow frost in a smaller area of effect dealing damage overtime while slowing enemies for a couple of seconds). Freeze would be a continuous ability, you unleash a flurry of snow in a small cone in front of you that will slow enemies more the longer they are exposed until they are frozen, slow and freezing proc would last a couple of seconds and they ability won't deal any damage. Ice wave would lay down a strip of ice that lasts a couple of seconds, enemies hit by the wave directly is hit with cold/slash damage and will afflict the enemies with a slow and bleed debuff, any additional enemy that crosses the wave while it is still out will be slowed and be hit with a bleed debuff (The description does say razor sharp). These are just a couple of ideas I have for abilities. Frost/Frost Prime is my favorite warframe and it saddens me that he does not get as much love from the devs as other frames do.

Frost is fine as-is. Learn how to play as him. My build kills level 40 mobs with Ice Spikes.
