I got loki helm again after doing 6 more run in the void.   The RNG Gods must have pitied me.

Back when I was a newbie, I finally got dread bp, which was the very thing I wanted the most. So much time was spent farming it. I experienced the very same bug, made a support ticket and got a "Sorry we can't help", So I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were him. I'll cross my fingers that they will help him though :/

I know that feel mate ,

I have lost 4 tranquil cleave with this god damn error in the first week of U13 but I made a ticket and after 24 hours DE refund me the tranquil cleave stance.
