Extractor Bug, Negative Values

Yesterday I experience a bug with my titan extractor prime and the distilling extractor prime where I was able to claim the resources multiple times upon the completion of a gathering iteration.  This bug allowed me to "over claim" resources pushing the progress percentage into negative values and putting the extractor in a pending state until a value of  zero percent was reached.

I've had this happen multiple times as well. I just took the Extractor back and put out another one.
