Completed Fortitude Alert Mission, Didn't Get Ice Storm Reward

I just finished the Nightmare Alert mission on PC for the Fortitude mod, and on the mission complete screen, Ice Storm showed up - but when I checked my mod list, it wasn't there afterwards.

 

Party member reported the same thing - we finished the mission at ~23:14 -5gmt

 

Not a huge big deal, but I don't have Ice Storm so it woulda been nice to get ;)

 

edit: Haldos contacted me in game within minutes and offered me the Ice Storm mod, thanks for the amazingly fast response!

same with me dude i got a constitution mod and i really wanted that mod and poof not in my inventory

Got a Lethal Torrent and had the same issue. Ticket sent, lets see what happens.

I'm guessing the second Nightmare Mod is a bug, it's not really being rewarded to your character, the reward screen is just trolling us.

Consumer Rights. If its shown, i want my reward. Either if we didn't receive or its not supposed to appear another mod in the reward page, both are bugs and need a fix.

Similar problem with the Rending Strike alert that just happened. Lethal Torrent was in the rewards screen, but alas no Lethal Torrent in inventory. Alert + Nightmare Mode mission = Unrewarded award?
