People who are complaining about Vauban need to realize that they have lives outside of this game and lacking one frame, which will eventually come into their possession, does not mean it is the end of the game for them.

This is measured data from what has actually happened.  Not datamined chances.  Triton isn't there because it has never come up, not because it can't.  It is possible that Triton is missing but this does not prove that it can't happen, only that it hasn't yet.

"Forget" is a rather lax term in this case. If you were to go back and line up the drop dates on brand new alternative helmets in conjunction to the dates when new Warframe alternative helmets were released, you would see that new helmets only appear in the alert pool AFTER something newer is released. You can look at that any way you like, but to me that just looks like DE milking every ounce of platinum out of a market helmet before it finally reaches alerts, only by something new that's released. New helmet is released -> months pass and it never pops up -> another new helmet is released -> old helmet appears in alerts within a few days or weeks of newer release.
