eddy193 Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 (edited) the dreadnaught is a warfarme that can outlast a huge group of bullets and plasma stats: speed: -1 (he is more slower than a unmodded rhino) shields: 1000 armor: 10 health: 1000 power:100 powers 1- he will breath fire while standing still 2- he will throw 2 scindos at whoever the player is aiming at 3- he will roar, scaring the enimies to drop thier weapons and run 4-we will become enraged and charge into the fray the way to obtain: the helmet, chassis, systems, gauntlets and boots will be obtained from 40 rounds of defense the blueprint is found on a tier 3 interception (round 4) any questions? Angius Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 Speed -1? You press W and he moves backwards? 1000 shields and 1000 health? So 4000 of each when modded? Not OP at all. 1. Cool story, bro. 2. What if I don't have Scindo equipped? And throwing it? Please... 3. Radial Disarm + Terrify? 4. Wait what? Care to elaborate? Oh, and how do you want to combine 5 pieces of frame, when the Foundry supports only 4? Yes, I got one question: are you on something? Sorry, but the whole concept sounds like "Oooh, and I want to be a half dragon, half elf and half dwarf, raised by orcs! So I can breathe fire and I will be immortal! What? I can't create a character like that in D&D? I'M NOT PLAYING WITH YOU GUYS, I'm going home!"
SockBadger Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 As Angius points out 1000 shields and health at lvl0 would be a dangerous thing. If a frame geared purely towards survival, even more so than existing tanking frames it would also need a higher armour value and ideally weaker abilities, or at least abilities that augment a tanky style of play. So if the frame was the most durable (outside of abilities like Frosts snow globe or Rhinos iron skin) it would have to have penalties to it's abilities or movement speed, probably both to compensate for this.
DeadD59 Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 .-. Dafuq did I just read... I feel like I can make a better warframe idea then this, I'm sorry, but this is bad...
ValhaHazred Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 (edited) 1- Ember wants to talk, you're stealing her shtick. 2- That just sounds odd. It's kind of an amped up shuriken I guess. 3- Behold! It's so OP it has a more powerful version of another frames ULT as a moderate skill! 4- Slash dash + Hysteria? Look, I get a lot of skills are already covered but you need to learn to at least give them a new and interesting spin. I'd love to be more positive and actually help you get better but these skills are just total losses. Tear it down, think about the basic concept and come up with newer more thematic skills with as little redundancy as possible. Edited June 17, 2014 by ValhaHazred
