(PSN)Dtexas44 Posted June 18, 2014 Share Posted June 18, 2014 I don't think you are going to find any game company reply to a ticket with 5h. Minimum amount of time it takes I would say is about 24h. And could take up to a week depending. It depends on what your ticket is about and how busy DE is with tickets. They will get to you though so don't worry.
