Stalker Not Showing Up

So I've been trying to get the stalker for about 2 weeks now but he hasn't shown up since the new update 13.3 I had death marks but right after I updated the ps4 version I haven't gotten anything, I've tried killing bosses even polarize my warframe I still get nothing, is it a glitch or something? I tried deleting my inbox mail, most of the time I see him but going after other players. I need help

Not sure if I'd want the Stalker to show up while I've just polarized a frame but he does have a tendency to show up when you're busy leveling things. Stalker has his own little time table to keep, he'll show, I'd advise that you continue to run missions; maybe even with others who are also marked by him.

three night s ago, three games/ sessions in a row, stalker stopped by to say Hi to me.

So, I do not know.

But, it sure shocked the pew pew out of me.
