T4 Defense Bug?

Hello, a few friends and me were running a T4 Defense, and at the end of wave 25, with a full life cryopod and a frost bubble around it, with almost no more mobs alive, we randomly failed. Can anyone explain me what happened and how we can fix it? Lost an expensive key for no reason and I would like answers. Snipex

2-3 fusion MOA will melt the pod in less than a second, even inside a frost bubble.  I've had several games end this way - on my screen the pod is still at full health and the mission appears to fail for no reason.  Whenever this happens I ask the other people from the squad if they saw anything, and usually someone has seen a MOA next to the pod during the "mission failed" screen.
