Please Change Disruptor Effects

Hey,

Please change the effects of the Disruptor, so that when he attacks you, you simply can't pick up energy instead of it not doing anything. So many times has my carrier given me EVERYTHING from the ground when I am under that effect that it has become so annoying.

It is not really a nerf or a buff, just a change.
