If this is your first time here, carry on, nothing to see here but the typical neglection to thinking and balancing. Well, some people. Regardless, one Hydroid per point, clean up at the end of each round. But if so, no overnights at least. Equally useless as against Grineer or Corpus, that can just shoot it from afar. No, I see absolutely no imbalance here. If you're in the puddle - you can trap meele eemies and deal them close to none damage, but you can't deal with any range unit. Pretty good balance, I'd say. It doesn't matter if the enemies can shoot, the enemies can not take a point on interception if they're drowning. And you can not take damage, so who cares if the enemies have guns? But I only did it one game and the reward was TIV Capture and I was going to post something similar because of future exploits. The range of that skill is to big and can cover both hacking terminals that they have to use in order to take control of the tower. Meaning 3-4 Hydroids can do that whole game type as long as they want. Disadvantages of this is that the skill does not kill so little to no loot,everyone leaves of T4 key anyway and its extreamly boring so chances are I am not going to do that again. The amount of nerfs to frame abilities is bad as is dont screw the frame just because of the select few players. Seeing all these abilities go down this route because of people asking for nerfs makes me sad I just want a frame i can use without constant changes. Now does this apply to team mates energy siphon? That is the qvestion It is deactivated but its still effecient enough that you dont need it. At worst you run out of energy and use a energy restore. To activate energy restore you must deactivate the skill but you can stay in the skill after it is activated to regain energy. But like I said before this is a very boring way to beat the mission and doing it is kinda pointless this way and the only thing I can think of that would make this useful is doing it on T4 intecept mission until you get what you want but I have not done that mission yet so I dont know how far apart the terminals are. Yeah, it took me like half the first page to figure out what everyone was even talking about. Undertow doesn't need a nerf. It needs a complete rework. Boring ability that does boring things to boring enemies. And it makes missions long and boring. The fact that nobody wants to do a mission by doing that isn't balance, it's just... boring.
