Towermice Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 it's just another "If you have more clan members you win" event?
Seaverett Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 If DE doesn't change how the leaderboard scores add up, then yeah.
Zareek Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 You can still get 3/4 of the rewards though. And if you really care about the 4th, join a big clan :P
Sedant Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 it's just another "If you have more clan members you win" event? Trophies are given out for each tier of the clan structure. Its not about how many players you have as there's trophies for each clan level, its about how many active players you have and which clan is actually willing to help all those members no matter what skill level attain the highest possible scores.
Braken Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 You can still get 3/4 of the rewards though. And if you really care about the 4th, join a big clan :P And those 3/4 of the rewards can actually be seen by those who aren't in your clan/alliance, and 2 of them actually have an effect on gameplay. lol
TaqeGrey Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 So you want what? one man clans to win? becouse one man clans are... better? more pro? more skilled? Give us a reason why a clan with 100 members that play actively in the event to lose against a clan with 10 members that also play actively?? What is your solution? How do you decice who get the reward? Its obvoius that one man clan deserve a reward more than a full clan of active ppl...
immolator1001 Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 So what you want it to be the average? Then the smallest clan would win/tie with now effort.
Hunter3.0 Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 If you consider the useless statue in your dojo a "win". then yes. I take events as a personal swag thing, do 'em first for me, then for the clan.
-KyloRen- Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 (edited) When does the event start? Edited June 19, 2014 by agentmi6

When will the event begins? Why did you even ask this. If you consider the useless statue in your dojo a "win". then yes. Sedant Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 (edited) so basically it's the exact same thing as I said, k thanks. Not exactly, you said the biggest clan wins, I said the most active 3 clans in the 10/30/100/300/1000 tiers win. There's a bit of a difference. If your a Storm clan with 58/100 members, your not gonna even get an honorable mention, if you have 95+ active members outta that 100 then you stand a chance. Same goes for the smaller clan sizes. The most dedicated 10 person will likely be farming the hell outta this event as competition will be a lot more intense there. But like the past events the clans that are managed the best likely stand the best shot at winning. Good luck to all! Edited June 19, 2014 by Sedant
Towermice Posted June 19, 2014 Author Posted June 19, 2014 you win a trophy ...big deal...anyone can get the loot, which to most of us is all that matters most of you.
Phatose Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 No matter what scoring method DE uses in an event, someone is going to be unhappy because it won't favor them. Just the reality of the situation.
Braken Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 most of you. No I think it's actually pretty safe to say that the loot really is what matters to most players. Yeah, some more Lore and more Alad V is nice, too, though.
DaftMeat Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 "Players seem to dislike events where they grind for points." "Can we make the points invisible?" "Remove the points, keep the grind? INGENIOUS..."
TonyFoot Posted June 19, 2014 Posted June 19, 2014 Well, if the current system disappoints you, what would you have instead, and how would you go about designing/implementing it?
