What Is This Mod?

This is the last mod I need to have all the codex mods. What is it? 

 

It's not a Legendary Core. I have one in my inventory and it doesn't show in the codex

I'm thinking these ARE legendary cores and the codex is messed up.  My legendary cores used to show up, but now they don't and I have the same red ? core.

Well I do have a Rare 3/5 core so I guess I could fuse it to test

 

 

Edit: nope. the red core is still there... sigh I guess I won't have complete mod codex for now

I agree. The Codex is always bugged one way or another, so I guess right now it's that Legendary Cores aren't being registered as owned.
