Gradivus Dilemma: Loyalty/grineer Badge Resolution

While playing Warframe today, I noticed that the Grineer Badge from the Gradivus Dilemma rewards is highly pixelated and not defined like the other Event Badges.

 

This seemed to occur on any Warframe, and persisted after I restarted the game.

 

Could anyone who has the Corpus badge confirm that its affecting both?

 

EDIT: Hrm, after the new update it seems to have returned to normal, not sure if this was always occurring before 13.8, but looks like it was either a hitch or its fixed.
