You can see more of her head's length in the Scorch picture, and it's width in Volcanic Edge. Xenomorph Frame confirmed. Oh you're right, I didn't look at the other mods. Yup definitely xenomorph-frame. People have been drawing that comparison w/ Saryn for ages because of her, um shoulder-ridge things, so that's pretty funny.
