Trading Failed



On my account I have been unable to do any sort of trading, when I try and click accept trade it fails. does anyone have any clue how to fix this.
I would try and send in a ticket but when I go to the support page it comes up in Japanese (which I do not speak/read) which isn't very useful.

as i see it it can be 3 possiblie reasons:


1: are you in high enough level? (i assume you are)

2: do you have enough credits? (check the taxes)

3: have u been doing any other tradings that day? have u exceeded the 3 avaiable tradings per day?



if none of this are the reason, either check the latency for your connection that might cause an error, otherwise i would make an support ticket about this.
