Warframe 13.8 (Pc) Wont Finish Updating.

Sorry I had to post from my PS4 account but the forum is refusing to let me post from my PC account because I haven't completed 3 missions or something short sighted like that.

 

I'm trying to install WF to my PC (with warframe.msi) and it keeps downloading and downloading and you get the picture.

 

It copies about 21 gigabytes and then falls over and starts all over again!!!

 

I would have hoped it could pick up from it left off!  Seems like a no brainer in this day and age.

 

Anyway is there something I could do, reset or clear out to make it download properly?
