I think you all can spot the typo. It isn't hard to miss.

I don't believe it counts as a typo, though my memory on that is a bit foggy.

It is a typo since it is a grammatical error in the form of text. It should be:

You guys should get some proof readers for your descriptions. They help. Writers always need proof readers for their work, and I think you guys do too.
