Incompletable Breeding Ground Mission Bug

So I decided to solo some Breeding Ground missions, I go in and get all three hives; no problem. When im going to extraction however, problems begin to arise. Extraction indicator not giving me a specific doorway to go through? No problem, it happens some time, I'll just search around untill i find the exit. Oh, whats this? Whoops, there is no exit. Explored entire map, dead ends/locked doors. Really frustrated that I was forced to abort the mission becuase it wasn't able to be completable...
