Enemy Scaling In Survival - Need Veteran Help.

Question

Posted

So I've been trying to find information about enemy scaling, but as with a lot of information in Warframe, it can be hard to find.

Basically, I'd like to know it all - how much armor does a heavy gunner have when he's level 80, his damage, his hp etc - but not just heavy gunners. I'd like to know about corpus shields too, so yeah, I want to know all of it. How else could one determine if Mag is a valid frame late T4 Survival, or if Viral damage needs more attention etc.

Any reply is appreciated, ty fellow tenno.

Status procs on weapons will likely be your salvation the later on you go, unless you're Nyx. Corrosion procs, viral procs, cc every way you can, good luck.

I appreciate the replies - although Zachles was the only one with some kind of answer :p

"Armor = base Armor * (1 + (((current Level - base Level) ^ 1.75) / 200)) *¹"

So basically - u have to be a mathematician go figure out armor levels, lol. Id still like to know how health and shields scales for enemies though....

The formula in Gogge's thread is (lv-blvl)^2*.015*bhp+bhp. I have not actually tested the accuracy of this one unlike the shield/armor/armor mitigation formulas, but until I do I'm still pretty willing to trust it.

I will also say to use the spawn levels on the wiki with caution. Their values are not always right when plugging them into the formulas for many of the enemies. I don't actually know how they decided on those spawn level values they put up on the wiki. Some point over the coming week or next I will probably do a massive recheck of all the enemies in the game.

To reform that in the style of the armor calc on the wiki:

Health = baseHealth * (1+((Current Level - Base Level)^2)*0.015)

From what I recall shields are similar but /2, I'll see if I can find it.

Found it!

New formulas seem to be:

armor = (level-base_level)^1.75 * 0.005 * base_armor + base_armorhealth = (level-base_level)^2 * 0.015 * base_health + base_healthshield = (level-base_level)^2 * 0.0075 * base_shield + base_shield
