(PSN)DanceOnUrGav3
I always hear people debate weather or not their cosmetics should effect their stats. My solution is to have a warframe's stats morph it's appearance, similar to the system used in Fable For example, a larger energy pool would result in energy lines. What do you guys think? Rydian
The issue is that a lot of people don't want looks linked to stats in the first place. Because they want to be able to edit both the way they want.

Dtexas
That sounds exactly like what we just got rid of, just done different. I do wish DE had gone with a costume helmet slot. It would have solved all the problems and made everyone happy. Costume helmet slot: The appearance of the helmet is shown, but no stats are applied. Takes appearance priority. Normal helmet slot: The stats of a helmet are added, the appearance of the helmet is only shown if the costume helmet slot is empty.
APBladeX
DE has repeatedly stated that stats will never again be tied in with cosmetics. This has been proven with the Arcane variations, which will never return, nor will be implemented into any other cosmetic items. The Focus system will allow players to modify themselves further, but cosmetics will not be a part of this.
WERElektro
Why change it again? It's good the way it is. Plat only items should not affect the stats. I actually prefer the normal cosmetic helmets to their arcane counterparts- even though I have almost all arcane helmets. Cosmetic items don't affect the stats, and that's a good thing, imo.,
(PSN)DanceOnUrGav3
Personally I think this would be a fun addition to the game. I still hear people talk about Gta San Andreas, and how they had their character work out constantly and get super buff. They took pride in it. This would give people the chance to show off a little bit more. Say you have a maxed rank vitality mod, your wwarframe would be more muscular, or a redirection mod would result in a more complex shield generator on your warframe. This would also have the added benefit of showing your teammates in matchmaking sessions, what sort of build you have at just a glance
