Multiple Sound Cards Output Selection

Can you" DE"  implement the option to select the game sound card output.  I have 3 sound cards, and want to select my headset for game play and leave the other windows features playing normally.

^ this program can be quite useful esp IF you have more than 1 monitor, it can support diff audio devices for diff programs, so if warframe was on monitor A it could use soundcard A, or B if on monitor B.

 

also theres a convenient tray icon to just select the audio device manually, i use this to select my USB Headset/mic when playing various games, and stick to regular output for everything else.
