Volt Pulse Helmet/arcane Helmet Issue

Hey I just wanted to report that there is a problem with the Volt Pulse Helmet it seems that the ornament flaps on the back of it are dislocated and look kinda odd I'm not sure if it's also affected in game while in a party but while i am looking at it on my character it is obviously noticeable.
