Can't Retrieve Reward From Gftl: Viver/eris

I've run this Gift From the Lotus Catalyst alert four or five times now, each time the mission appears to complete as usual, but the Catalyst is not in the rewards screen, and the mission remains in the alerts tab. Also it says it's an Infestation alert and I get Corpus.

 

I've tried it solo, with a team, tried relogging, restarting the game, etc. No luck.

 

EDIT: found a solution!

 

I found that going to Eris on the starmap, then selecting Viver manually took me to the correct mission and reward upon completion, instead of letting the Alerts tab take me there automatically.

Same, me and my friend tried 2 times and I didn't get the reward. Also the alert exterminate mission was against corpus not against infested, like it says in the alert description.

It's probaby an error that they still appear, since they should be over now.

Both are still there, with the Catalyst (Viver) still having 4h remaining.
