If previous  history  is and indication it's coming  .

There going to shoehorn us into running these hijack maps in order to get the next new keys .

Probably sabotage keys  , after all they have the map already , and it's been removed from  Tenno conflicts . So ripe for repackaging.

Idk if this is a good or a bad thing but it's coming .

After all It worked with  derelict and  interception and  people hate those map types but  still do them for the loot .

I don't.

I boycott the keygrind walls ever since NAY Hek is hidden behind the wild-goose chase for Beacons. Haven't farmed a single Beacon yet because of that.

Same applies to T4 keys being only obtainable on Intercept missions, the mission type that probably ranked only 1 or 2 places worse after Rescue and now DE thinks people might like them more if they forcefully choke them down our throats. Well people don't. People hate that stuff more than ever.

Might be a change of flavor to have to do Interception, but I'd prefer it if they were available in either Defense or Survival or Interception rather than forcing people to do something they don't like.

I'm getting sick of it too.

They're using short-term tactics to keep us playing, but forgetting that whenever a player grits their teeth, and just "deals with it" to get the thing they want, that resentment doesn't vanish - it slowly builds until they finally quit. (quitting can be temporary, or permanent)

honestly i wouldn't mind if interception was inherently boring   - 4 players   each  standing on their point   snoozing till  a  bunch of mobs comes of  of the spawn point nearest to them   then back to zzzing . heck with a nyx all you have to do is press 3 every so 30 secs  till the end

well, you guys do realize that you have to put some effort to get stuff, right? If DE was simply handing stuff to people "just like that", the game would've become extremely boring.

Afterall - this is a F(ree)2(to)P(lay) game: if you want something - either you grind it or you buy it. That's it - it ain't rocket science...

And if they put those T4 keys in def and survival - here you go waiting for 30+ min/30-35+ wave just to get 1 key and what happens after that? People  will start crying it takes too long to get a single key.

As for the prosecutors - it's all pure luck. I, for example, got all I needed for 4 keys in about 10 runs (defense missions I made in 4 days). As for the keys - they were all rewarding (only 1 duplicate)

Nobody wants handed stuff out to people "just like that". A reasonable challenge would be just fine, but currently there's nothing you can't overcome with spaming 4 all the way and/or spraying bullets all over the place with maxed out gear. No skill progression involved whatsoever, especial for Veteran players. The only thing that artificially prolongs gameplay is grind. The only artificial challenge we have to overcome is luck at RNG Roulette. If you don't sacrifice a Kubrow a day to the RNG gods you don't get jack sh*t from them. But it's exactly this sort of gameplay that burns out players fast as they don't feel accomplished, especially if they are doing this neverending grind-marathon for more than a year now.

Rather than DE adding more stuff to grind for they should concentrate on what to do with that stuff once you have it other than leveling it for Mastery Rank purposes, which many people gave up upon a long time ago. I still have all of the 150 weapons as well as 20+ Waframes in my inventory and they are nothing more than dust collectors. I still wait for the day they might come in handy, but currently they are not.

I'm just burned out to be honest.

Dark Sectors might be something for the clans/alliances that are into the political stuff that comes with them, but I'm cowering on the fence as the only true winner will always be Team Greed.

I highly doubt that the upcoming focus system will be something different than "moar damage!" and thereby more grind for more additive stats, making things even more overpowered/easier and therefore boring and/or unbalanced.

The only thing I'm looking forward to is probably the Proxy wars, but knowing DE it will be some items to grind for with inconsistent lore going with them with people pulling their hair out on why everything is still so cryptic about Warframe lore. xD

[edit]

On the side note one should also mention that whenever DE comes up with a new gamemode they do an event around it. Not that bad to test stuff and I like the Events a lot, but that's when you have to do already 30-100 of those missions in a row to eventually get the highest tier of rewards so you are eventually sick of them before they get added as permanent game-feature, so I end up not touching them after the event is over, which tells me that there went something wrong.

I'll be doing more of the Infested Hive missions after the event is over because I like that one very much and I don't want to overdo them right now, but as far as I can tell of Interception I felt bored back then and I feel bored today. Just solo-camping the towers and that's it. Not even getting the XP of what other players kill because on some maps they are too far away.

am i the only one who genuinely enjoys interception a lot?

I detest Interception for two reasons.

1) you are too farm away from your teammates and it kinda feels like playing solo

2) boring as hell as Interception isnt dynamic as Survival or Defense. And if i am using Survival and Defense as models, you get the point how boring is Interception.
