A Faster Way To Meet Grustrag Three?

I'm looking for brakk, but I can barely see grustrag three.

I invaded grineers 50+ times, but the three did not come, seems very scared

I couldn't even get a death mark from them...

I met 2 stalkers in those 50 invasions, but why grustrags didn't come for me?

Is there any other factors affecting chance to encounter him??

How can I meet him? I'm playing 200 hours, met just 2 times, no brakk parts...

Likely operates under the same assumptions as the Stalker: equip fewer mods to lower your conclave rating. None of those random encounters seem to pop up if you're decked out, intentionally going after you when you are less likely to be fully equipped (leveling new weapons and the like).

I believe that conclave rate does not affect the chance, but I'll try.

actually I'm not equipping secondary and melee because of that, though...

The problem I have is that the G3 refuse to mark me.  I've helped the Corpus conquer 75% of the solar system, and the Grineer just don't care about punishing me for it.  It's like I'm not even important to them.

 

Oh, but I put down an abomination like Phorid or Lephantis, and Stalker sends me an email, a signed card, a gift box full of death threats, paints my house with the blood of a kitten, shoves a potato in my exhaust pipe, pours sugar in my mom's gas tank, threatens my dog, and calls my home phone to just breathe at me.

I already encountered them alot of times over the 4 months that I've been playing this game, and the only time they dropped brakk parts was the first time I met them. Now I'm stuck without that receiver. Been doing god knows how many invasions just to get them to spawn too. I just wish DE would increase the G3's chance of appearing, or the chance of getting brakk parts. I mean, if the G3 is going to take that long to spawn atleast have them drop the parts, or if they rarely drop the parts then make them spawn more. Just a suggestion.
